Vicki’s focus is the creation of production procedures and quality assurance processes. But during her 6 years with Myco she’s had numerous responsibilities, including coordinating all day-to-day activities, sales management and logistics.With a background in the Bio-Medical sciences, Vicki has worked at the cutting edge of raw-materials procedures, policies and compliance. In fact, during her tenure as a Quality Manager for a large forestry and grounds maintenance company, Vicky literally wrote the manual when she was tasked with rewriting their ISO 9001: 2000 quality manual. This was followed by an audit of all 33 offices to ensure compliance with the new standards. She’s also no stranger to training purchasing, R&D, production and warehouse staff on the controls required either. ‍
